Christopher Beadle Gordonstoun Bursary

The Christopher Beadle Gordonstoun Bursary will enable up to ten new students to join the school as day-pupils for two years of sixth-form study.  It is targeted at young people from the North East of Scotland who want to benefit from the school’s broad curriculum and challenging academic study.

Applicants for the bursary, which will see students receive a discount on fees of 10-50%, will be asked to demonstrate that they will make an outstanding contribution to and benefit from one or more of the following aspects of Gordonstoun’s unique curriculum: academic study, performing arts, sports, outdoor education or sailing.

The bursary has been made possible by the generous legacy of former pupil Christopher Beadle, who attended Gordonstoun from 1946 to 1951.  Gordonstoun will match-fund the legacy in order to ensure the widest possible access.

Applicants should email admissions@gordonstoun.org.uk or telephone 01343 837829 for more information.
