Useful contacts and information

Mr Robert McVean is the Head of the Junior School and reports directly to the Principal, Mark Pyper.

He is also the resident Housemaster and, with his wife Laura, is responsible for pastoral care.

Ms Anne Foster covers in Mr McVean's absence. She is Assistant Housemistress and teaches Year 5.

Mr Tim Clarke, as Day Pupil Co-ordinator is responsible for the welfare and organisation of all day pupils.

Ms Patricia Mostyn is the resident matron and is assisted by Mrs Alison Stockley and Mrs Sarah Ince as day matrons.

Miss Rosemary Young is the School Secretary and Receptionist.

While minor illnesses are dealt with at School, the nearby Medical Centre is staffed by qualified nurses at all times and visited by the School doctor each weekday.

Some teaching in Year 7 and Year 8 in the Junior School is provided by Gordonstoun Staff who are specialists in their subjects.
