Katie Brinton - Plewlands 2008

After graduating from the University of Bristol last summer, with a ‘First’ in Drama and English, Katie then spent some time traveling in South America before heading for Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and film and television production. Katie has thrown herself headlong into that parallel universe which is LA .  “It's a little bit mad and a little bit overwhelming, but I am so happy to be here” she told the GA office  “ I'm also currently doing some writing. I am a columnist for a new Bristol-based online publication called Off-Script, and I am working on revising and resubmitting a Young Adult manuscript I co-authored . I do miss Britain (especially the tea), but I can't deny that the California weather is spectacular”.
