David Conran-Smith gathered a horde in his home (below left) to celebrate the day  and commented, "In compliance with your request that GA members might hold birthdays to celebrate the birth of our founder we had one such party here yesterday evening at Clocksbriggs, my home, to which I tried to gather as many members , old boys, parents of old boys and girls, interested friends etc as I could think of.  For many it was not possible to join in - as for example Andrew Greaves ex school chaplain and parent of pupils was in Switzerland taking a funeral service and also Georgie Middleton in London, but we had a score or so that could come and in the (I hope) attached photo in the front can be seen from the left: myself, Nicky Montgomerie (GA board member nee Hill), Michael Hill husband of late Caroline Hill ex governor and Chairman of Aberlour Board of Governors, Sophie Rolfe (nee Hill) and daughter Lottie, Jeannie Gladstone (mother of Xen, Cleodie and Ferg) and an assortment of friends.  Those who did not know too much about our founder were educated briefly by self and a toast to the member of a great man was joined in with great enthusiasm."

Last but by no means least Jen Campbell (nee Ricketts, Plewlands '93) and friends pictured outside her pub The Half Moon in Kirdford, West Sussex.

From left to right : Kirsty Nicholson (nee Tudball), Jennifer Cambell (nee Ricketts), Annabel Harrison (nee Conran-Smith), Jarrod Nicholson, Somerled MacDonald.

Ruth McPherson and Nataly Bean (2 OGs who left in 2006) raising a glass to our founder outside the Château de Caen in Normandy.  It was built circa 1060 as the castle of William the Conqueror. Nataly came out to visit her in Normandy where she has been working for the past year as an English teacher at the university of Caen.

Even more pictures next year please!
