OG Art Works Exhibition

The OG Art Works Exhibition was held during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe at the Edinburgh Academy, where Gordonstoun students were performing a number of productions, including the acclaimed Macbeth - That Old Black Magic! (See seperate report)

The contributing artists were James Adams, Katie Antonio, Rachel Antonio, Jeremy Barclay, Jeremy Eccles, Lucy Everitt, Angus Grant, Roderick Hunt, Kate Kirby, Laurence Lloyd-Jones, Anstice Oakshott, Mark Rowland and Madeleine Williamson. The Exhibition featured fashion, furniture, illustrations, jewellery, paintings and sculpture by these artists.

This was an excellent opportunity for OG artists to display and sell their work at a central venue. Visitor numbers were encouraging and some sales were made.

The Headmaster also hosted a reception in the exhibition area which was attended by local family and friends of Gordonstoun, together with the Gordonstoun performing arts team.
