Pioneers and Pioneering

Mary Byatt is putting together a book about the first staff at Gordonstoun and those early pre-war years and would be grateful for any information or photographs which anyone might have. Her husband David Byatt was brought up by Keir and Olivia Campbell who joined the school in 1934. Mary has been in touch with many of the descendants of the first staff whom she and David knew and the story is a fascinating one. She needs to find out what interest there would be in the story so that she can estimate how many copies to have made.
