Spring Term 2017

A Winter Walk

On the viaduct across the River Spey

On a cold, crisp, sunny Saturday morning we headed off to Garmouth in the minibus.  A total of twelve boarders then took the footpath along the route of the old railway.  We enjoyed crossing the spectacular viaduct over the River Spey and then took a left turn and went north towards the coast.  The footpath ended at Spey Bay, next to the Ice House and the Whale and Dolphin centre.  We spent a short time playing around this area before retracing our route back to the minibus.

We are grateful to Mrs Laing and Mr Atkinson for accompanying us on our walk.
