Art Exhibition

Gordonstoun's Art technician, Matthew Wells, has an art exhibition "The Violet Hour"  opening at His Majesty's Theatre, Aberdeen on Monday 20 February. The exhibition is organised by Grampian Hospitals Art Trust and the opening event is from 6-7.30pm; however the exhibition runs through to 14 May. If you live in the Aberdeen area, visit the city for shopping, on business or holiday during this period, please do pop in and support Matt and the Grampian Hospitals Art Trust.

Matt has been the art technician at Gordonstoun for the past 10 years, during which time he has produced an exhibition of paintings following the 2008 A2 exam theme, 75 portraits of staff and students to commemorate the school's 75th anniversary and several caricatures of much loved staff members upon their retirement.
