Spring Term 2017

Inter-House Cross Country Competition

Report by Mr Morton

208 runners, at least eight First Aid Service personnel and up to twenty students from the Combined Outdoor Service acting as marshals took part in the recent inter-House cross country competition which represented a fantastic effort school wide.

They're off!

The course was particularly tricky with sloppy, wet conditions underfoot for large parts of the course not to mention the slog up Dead Dog's Hill, one, two or three times depending on the race.

There were some fantastic individual efforts but the team event is what matters and there was a terrific atmosphere and team effort from every House.
