Never Such Innocence

Year 9 History students recently went to RAF Lossiemouth as part of the Never Such Innocence competition, an annual, global competition designed to help educate young people about the First World War, its impact and legacy, through creative means. It is particularly important this year as it is the centenary of the creation of the RAF. All Year 9 pupils have been studying about WW1 and have written a  poem. Then we took the students who produced the best 20 poems to the launch event and three of them - Erin B, Isabel E and Arjav P - performed their poems to an audience of young people and dignitaries from across Moray (about 500 people).
