We are proud of our long tradition of cross country running at Gordonstoun, an activity that was amongst the first undertaken by students during the school’s early years. The tradition of long runs is maintained to this day with the activity option of Cross Country running. With two separate inter-house competitions to train for, a relay event in the winter term and a longer individual event in the spring term, additionally the North of Scotland School’s cross country events (which we host) our runners have plenty to aim for. We have proved to be very successful in the inter schools competitions in recent years winning the titles in Senior Boys and Girls events, also Under 15 events in both Boys and Girls.
