Electrician Vacancy
Electrician Vacancy
Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education. We have a co-educational community of over 500 students aged from 6-18 who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries.
Working at Gordonstoun comes with many benefits, including a sense of corporate citizenship where you become part of the family not a workforce. We have a generous pay range which is performance led and offer seven weeks annual leave as standard for our full-time staff, with the option of working term time plus, which offers an extra two weeks leave at Christmas.
Other benefits include a generous pension scheme, free PVG status, access to staff discount and cycle to work schemes and with our own fleet of minibuses we offer subsidised transport from Hopeman, Burghead and Lossiemouth. Staff also enjoy free meals while on shift prepared by our award-winning chefs who offer a diverse range of foods.
We offer a range of free accredited training courses to support staff and help them excel in their chosen profession or to diversify into other roles through interdepartmental working across the Facilities.
We are looking for a talented Registered Electrician who can utilise their working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems, and to install and maintain new electrical systems, including lighting and heating to customer standards while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations.
Gordonstoun is striving to build a team that is truly inclusive. We welcome applications from marginalised and under-represented groups.
