Senior Supervisor Estates & Security Vacancy
Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education. We have a co-educational community of over 500 students aged from 6-18 who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries.

Working at Gordonstoun comes with many benefits, including a sense of corporate citizenship where you become part of the family not a workforce. We have a generous pay range which is performance led and offer seven weeks annual leave as standard for our full-time staff, with the option of working term time plus, which offers an extra two weeks leave at Christmas.
Other benefits include a generous pension scheme, free PVG status, access to staff discount and cycle to work schemes and with our own fleet of minibuses we offer subsidised transport from Hopeman, Burghead and Lossiemouth. Staff also enjoy free meals while on shift prepared by our award-winning chefs who offer a diverse range of foods.
We offer a range of free accredited training courses to support staff and help them excel in their chosen profession or to diversify into other roles through interdepartmental working across the Facilities.
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Senior Supervisor, Estates & Security, to run our Estates and Security Team. With a background in security and team management, you will lead your team to keep our students safe and secure on our beautiful campus. Your role will involve supervisory patrols, supporting the facilities team and helping to ensure a well-run estate.
